I walked today for 20 minutes, burnt 100 calories, not much but its good. I'm 120. About 10 more pounds to go.
Today's Intake:
Breakfast: 1 1/2 flour tortilla fajita taco (soooo good! :/) with chips.
Snack: coffee coffee coffee and 3 cookies :/
Lunch: a cup of spaghetti with tomato sauce
Snack: cup of starbucks nonfat white mocha.
