cigs and coffee

old buddy old pal.

I jogged at an incline for an hour on the treadmill, burned 250 calories. Then I went to my bedroom, put on my surround sound speakers full blast with my fave music playlist, put my boxing gloves on and did an hour of aerobic mixed with kick boxing! I love my giant mirrors on my walls, lets me see what I need to work on and feels like I'm at the gym. :) Workout psycho mode, ON.
