One Down

I went to drop off my baby with his daddy. Awww I miss him already but I just needed a little break to get a few things done. One down so far.

To Do List:
-buy some groceries. I got my usual...

-loaf of bread (the lowest cal. and fat I could find!)
35 cal. and 0 fat per slice, not bad.

-jar of pickles (my fave!) 0 cal. 0 grams of fat lol

-pack of sliced fat-free american cheese.
25 cal. per slice and ZERO grams of fat :D

-pound of ground coffee (Starbucks Breakfast Blend)

-fat-free half & half for my coffee.
20 cal. and 0 fat (2 tbsp serving size)

-box of semi-cooked white rice. (yum!!!)

-bag of fully cooked grilled chicken.

I also bought a notebook to keep track of what I eat, its easy to lose track and over eat if you're not careful. Of course, I try to eat things that are easy to count calories and grams of fat for, but I try to do my best with other things that aren't labeled like fruits and veggies. I'm all set.
