So today I really wanted to do good and not eat greasy foods. I went to my bfs house and decided to have something there so I didn't end up eating junk food elsewhere. I made myself a sunny side up egg, cooked with fat free, 0 cal. cooking spray. I had 2 slices of bread (60 cal each instead of my 35 cal per slice bread at home) :/ oh well, I had 1 1/2 of it, 4 pieces of gum and 4 tic tacs.
We went to Starbucks afterward with our baby :) It was fun and it was cute that it was his first time there, ever! I had my fave hot drink, Non-fat white mocha! I love Sbux!
For lunch we went to get chinese food for one, so we shared the plate, I guess it wasn't too bad (sesame chicken and rice) and for dinner I had a Wendy's ceaser side salad (150 cal and 6 grams of fat). Perhaps it doens't look that good but it is! yum!
I'm not eating anything else for the day. I still need to work out *sigh* I dont feel like it at all.
