Breakfast: venti non-fat white mocha / 450 calories 7 grams of fat.
Lunch: 5 crackers, about 2.5 oz of boiled chicken chopped with a TINY BIT of chopped tomato, chopped avocado, 2 jalapenos and a dash of cream and a can of diet coke. Sounds like a lot but it really wasnt, it was about 1 cup of food or less.
Dinner: a non fat cheese sandwich / 120 calories 1 gram of fat.
*took one weight-loss aid pill for lunch only.
* Worked out one hour, burned 300 calories.
