Day 2 Intake

Breakfast: 2/3 buffalo chicken sandwich.
Which consisted of:
2 buns
1 tablespoon buffalo sauce
1 tablespoon ranch
chicken
mustard
fries and ketchup!

Snack: small iced coffee with non-fat half & half and a dash of whipped cream with 4 cookies.

Lunch: medium white mocha frap... :/

Snack: 1 non-fat cheese stick with diet coke.

Dinner: 1 hot dog with chili.


I wish we had a treadmill here so I didn't have to go all the way to my moms to workout >=/
