I let myself fuck up.

Ughhh... this is seriously pissing me off. I try to watch what I eat, I do good for about a week and then go back to old "bad habits" of eating junk food.. *sigh* I don't know what I should do to stick to dieting or getting back to working out. Maybe I should just force myself to just get back in the gym again and that will do the trick.......... I'd hope. :/
