so disappointed :(

I've been trying to eat healthier and workout (on and off due to my stupid random rib pain) and today I weigh myself after a week, 123.6 - that's only a freaking pound and a half weight loss!! ughh... I'm getting sooo discouraged and sad.

I know part of it is my fault for not keeping strict track of what I eat AND I could do much better and eat less, alot less. What sucks is that, in the past, whenever I would eat more for the day than I wanted to, I would just workout and burn out alot of calories, right now with this stupid rib pain its impossible. This pisses me off sooooo much! >=/ I HAVE to do better!
