rib pain

Earlier tonight as I was getting confy in bed to go to sleep, I started feeling that same stabbing pain on my right ribcage... grrr... wtf. It had already gone away and now again out of nowhere?? I wonder if its the workouts or the stupid pill I'm taking to help me loose weight. I started taking the pill again today after not taking it for a few days.. but I mean, I used to take it before and never had any complaints... hmm... I wonder. Fucking sucks.
