So I've decided that, just because I'm pregnant doesn't mean I have to gain 30 lbs!! Im gonna try to gain the least amount of weight possible, while still keeping a healthy diet with exercise :) Im not gonna go all "hardcore" on the dieting like I used to (eating 2 - 3 meals with the least amount of calories/fat), but I figured if I eat more fruits and drink more water it'll be fine. Once I give birth and recover, I can perhaps go back to more strict and get back in shape. :D
I started saving photos of models who I like and more or less where I'd like to be at; including Nicole Richie, and HannaBeth. When my dumb laptop crashed, I lost EVERYTHING, including these "inspiration" (as I like to call it) photos that I had.Then all I gotta do is download new music to work out to and buy a little notebook to write down what I eat and keep track so I dont over eat. ;)
