Todays Weigh-In

I got on the scale today and it read 122.2 lbs.

Today's Intake
Breakfast: venti nonfat white mocha and 2 small cookies.
Snack: fat free croutons and cup of coffee
Lunch: Bowl of chicken soup, it had potatoes, carrots, onions, and half a corn on a cob, sooo good!
Snack: tall nonfat white mocha!
Dinner: Bowl of chicken again and 1/2 burger (bun, patty, half a cheese slice)

Exercise: 45 min, 2 miles, burned 250 calories.
