Today's Intake!
Breakfast:
coffee with non-fat half & half and whip, small strawberry muffin.
Lunch:
1 cup of white rice, diet coke.
Snack:
1/2 tall white mocha with non-fat milk and whip.
Dinner:
1 meatball and sauce sub.
