Breakfast: small individual box of fruit loops with 1/2 cup non-fat milk
Snack: tall iced coffee and 1/4 strawberry muffin.
Lunch: 2 slices of bread (40 cal / 0.5 g. of fat each) and 1 slice non-fat american cheese (50 cal / 0 g. fat.)
Snack: tamarind candy and 1 piece of gum.
Dinner: 1 shrimp cocktail with 8 cracker squares and water. Thanks to my brother who took my mom sis and I to dinner for mother's day :)
Speaking of Mother's Day. This morning when I went to buy my coffee at starbucks I had my son with me, at the end of the transaction the barista looked at me and said "happy mother's day!"... its the first time I can say this day is also for me and it felt amazing! It brought a big smile to my face. I love being a mommy to my beautiful boy. I love him! :)
