I had started walking about a mile everyday 4 weeks after I had my baby. I did it for about 4 days until I started getting this really ugly pain on my right rib, it felt like a stabbing pain and I couldn't take a deep breath or move from side to side without it hurting. Therefore, I had to stop walking :/ sucks. Perhaps I was supposed to wait a little longer before working out.
I have my last ob/gyn appointment on March 9th, hopefully he tells me I can go back to the gym! I can't wait to get back in shape and lose the rest of the pregnancy weight. I know I'm not fat at all but I want to be skinny and just be the weight I was before I got pregnant, 112 lbs.
