diet diet diet!

Now that I had my baby and am no longer breastfeeding, I want to focus on losing the weight I gained during my pregnancy (not that I gained alot, I actually gained less than the recommended minimum). I was 119lbs before I got pregnant, I gained 23lbs. I was 142lbs when I had my baby. Right now I'm 125, meaning I've lost about 17 lbs so far, not bad huh?

The sucky part is that I can't workout just yet, I have to wait about 2 more weeks and then start slowly. I CAN however, walk, so that's what I'm gonna do. Also, I started a "diet" today... Well, I don't really call it diet since diets are generally done for a certain amount of time and then tossed to the side once the desired weight is achieved. I've started a food intake log like I always do, this way I don't go over 1000 calories a day! :)
