preggo update

I went to the doctor yesterday and I was told I've gained a total of 20 pounds. The doctor said I was doing great, he had suggested a gain weight of no more than 25 lbs so I guess I AM doing pretty good so far. They also checked my urine, blood pressure, and came out ok. They did a Group B Strep test and those results will be in in a week. The nurse said in case it comes back positive I'll just get antibiotics through iv while delivering to prevent the baby from getting it.

The doctor told me its not uncommon for labor to occur 1 or even 2 weeks before due date (I HOPE SO!). My due date is about 4 weeks from now, we'll see. I got my last sonogram. They recorded it for us and gave us a couple of pictures too. I even saw my baby on 3d :) He looks pretty crowded in there, he's got chunky cheeks hehe and already has hair!
