Nesting

So I've been working on fixing up my 'new' room and had tons to do. It was overwhelming to even think about all the things I wanted to get done. Thankfully, it is all finally coming together!

My bedroom has its own (big) bathroom, and I wanted to paint it just all white, give it a cleaner look with a fresh coat of paint, which I finally did. I painted its doors white too, and then painted the trim of the vanity mirrors a light super cute lilac color just to make it pop a bit. All I gotta do now is buy some cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom real good, and put in matching lilac rugs, etc :)

I've painted all the walls in the bedroom a nice neutral color, painted the trims white, and had my bestie install a white bottom wooden trim which for some reason it did not already have. The walk-in closet had carpet... wtf... who has carpet in their homes these days?? its a hassle, it collects dirt, you name it! So I had my bf take off the carpet, and thankfully there was already regular floor on the bottom.. who is the freak that decided to ruin it with carpet, I have no clue.

All the furniture was already in their final spot, or so I think, unless I decide to move it around but I doubt it. Now that my room is painted, I can start putting up my shit where I want it: posters, calendars, photos and the rest of my stuff. About the only thing I have ready for my little baby, is his crib. I need to start buying the rest of the stuff for him ^__^!

You shoulda seen how my sister had this poor room when she had it, total disaster, clutter, no organization whatsoever, dirty, walls all stained... I have no idea how she lived there without wanting to do something about it, I guess she's just lazy.
