curl up and dye!
So I've been thinking about dyeing my hair blue. I've done it once before a long time ago, I got blue highlights and loved them but, this time I think I want to dye ALL or most of my hair, not just highlights. I'm not sure what to get though, all I know is I want it blue :) Here are some ideas.

When I'm done high school, my plan is to dye my hair blue exactly like that for university :] You should go for it.
